Aroosa Abbasii

With over 12 years of experience, my career has spanned Montessori teaching, early years leadership and setting management. This has given me a well-rounded understanding of both high-quality practice and effective team leadership.

While I've valued every stage of my journey, my greatest passion has always been working with children. I'm committed to creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels secure, valued and encouraged to explore, grow and become a confident individual.

I'm excited to continue balancing both sides by staying connected to the classroom while supporting and developing a strong, passionate team. For me, it's about nurturing children's curiosity, supporting their development and, of course, building the dream team along the way!

Rosemarie Hennessy

My name is Rosemarie Hennessy, better known as Ali. It has been an absolute pleasure to have spent the last 10 of my 22 years in childcare as part of the Manorbrook family.

As Deputy Manager, I hold a Level 5 qualification in Childcare and a Level 5 in Healthcare, and I've built up a lot of experience working within the High Scope approach over the years, which I really love bringing into my day-to-day work with the children.

Every day here is different, and it's such a privilege to be part of each child's early learning journey and to help create a warm, happy place for them to grow and thrive.

Laila Massaguer

I am a Level 8 qualified teacher from Spain, with eight years of wonderful experience in early childhood education. I love being able to say that I wake up every single day feeling genuinely happy to go to work in such a warm and nurturing environment. I would describe myself as sweet, imaginative, and always bursting with creative activities that offer children a truly lovely and joyful way to learn. For me, teaching is one of the most beautiful professions in the world, because at the end of the day, I am the one who learns something new and inspiring from the children every day.

Esther Martín

I'm Esther, Manager here at Manorbrook. I'm originally from Spain, and I've called Ireland home for the past 14 years. Working with children has always been my true vocation, and I feel so lucky to get to do what I love every single day here at Manorbrook.

I have over 18 years' experience working in childcare. I hold a Master's Degree in Psychopedagogy, a Bachelor's Degree in English Educational Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.

It's been a privilege to be part of the Manorbrook family for the last 5 years, working alongside such a wonderful team and watching all that we've achieved together, from the small everyday moments to the bigger milestones in the children's development.

I'm a strong believer in the Montessori methodology, and I love how it encourages each child to learn at their own pace, through hands-on exploration, independence and choice. Seeing a child grow in confidence as they discover something for themselves is what makes this the best job in the world, and I can't wait to keep growing alongside our Manorbrook family.
